It all began with Rico, our owner, mastering the art of smoking meats to perfection, while his brother P crafted delicious sides that complemented every dish, and our mom baked all of our delightful desserts. Together, they embraced the essence of Southern living — extending kindness to strangers, treating everyone like family, and recreating the warmth of those cherished summer cookouts.

We believe that good food tastes even better when shared with good company. That's why the names of our menu items hold special significance. Each one honors friends and family who most, have been with us since day one — those who accepted our dinner invitations to try new recipes and those who immensely supported us as we opened our doors.
