The brisket at DSTBBQ was simply phenomenal - a perfect smoke ring, tender meat that fell apart with the slightest pull, and a rich, peppery bark that elevated every bite. Been wanting to try and had menu on fridge. THE HOT DAWG was delicious, spicy hot link with brisket brisket queso yummmy! The mac and queso sandwich was good too. BRISKET WAS SO WELL COOKED JUICY AND SOFT.. I WILL GO BACK TO TRY EVERYTHING ELSE!!
